Purchased this boat from a nice lady in Wilmington, IL in November 2021. It was her father’s boat — named “Tranquility” that he would keep harbored at the Great Lakes Naval Station on Lake Michigan — and she had great memories sailing it with him. I guess he passed away and she kept the boat… but never used it. It appears it sat around in her backyard from 2011 till I purchased it. But she and her husband kept it covered and moved all the interior items inside their basement. So it was it decent shape when I acquired it (other than the ceiling paint chipping).
